Eagles Tie Bengals 13-13, Seriously
What the hell was that? A tie, seriously? That was the most pathetic offensive showing that I've ever seen. Akili Smith, Ryan Leaf, or Joey Harrington could have won that game for the Eagles. Four turnovers by McNabb. Countless balls thrown into the ground that were nowhere close to a receiver. Interceptions thrown right into the hands of defenders. It was like he was intentionally trying to lose the game. I just can't wait to hear his explanation. The only explanation that I can think of is that he was severely hungover and didn't feel like playing football. I'm not buying the confusing defensive scheme of the genius 1-8-1 Cincinnati Bengals coaching staff as an excuse. To borrow a line from Bill Maher...
