I think the Eagles are happy with their players at SS, even though I am not. But perhaps someone will get released from a team that the Eagles could scoop up if they felt they needed some help at the position. The guy might not be able to step in right away since Jim Johnson's scheme is so elaborate, but it would be a veteran on the team that could at least help guide Considine and Mikell. Darius would have been a sweet signing, but I can see why the Eagles didn't do it. He got 7.5 million over 3 years. They'd probably just want him for one year anyway, he is 32 and we all know how much the front office loves giving out contracts to players over 30.
